Fergusons applauded for 15 years of service
Stan and Anne Ferguson were recently celebrated at Northeastern Indiana CASA’s volunteer banquet for their 15 years of volunteer service. At the celebration Executive Director Kristi Bachman said the couple was nominated for the Indiana GAL/CASA Volunteer of the Year award.
Banquet celebrates impact and volunteer efforts
KENDALLVILLE — Northeast Indiana Court Appointed Special Advocates gathered Oct. 9 at the Community Learning Center for a dinner celebration of its volunteer advocates for their compassion, caring and their consistent presence for children whose lives are intertwined with the judicial system.

At Northeastern Indiana CASA’s volunteer banquet, volunteers were celebrated and recognized for their service. Executive Director Kristi Bachman noted the amount of hours volunteers have given and called them “the heart of this organization.”

Volunteers, board members, staff and area judges came together to celebrate the work done by Northeastern Indiana CASA this year. A banquet-style event at Cobblestone Golf Course featured recognition and a speaker.
